The Tulip steakhouse, opened in Toronto in 1929! It was in business for 90 years before the building it occupied on Queen East was torn down to make room for a new condo development (surprise!). 

However, dreams of its porter house and spaghetti live on in our hearts, and it's now been further immortalized through the power of print.
