Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship everything you order from us via Canada Post parcel or lettermail (depending on size), without a tracking number. For local deliveries with the Greater Toronto Area, please reach out via email.
If you would like your items shipped expedited, or with tracking services, please send an email to us or leave a note on your order and we can invoice you with this additional cost and delivery estimate.
After items have been shipped Flycatcher Press is no longer responsible for lost, damaged or delayed shipments. However, if anything happens during the shipping process, we'd be happy to address your concerns and see what we can do!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Flycatcher Press product, we can offer an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase, providing the package is in its original packaging, unopened and unused. Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping the items back to Flycatcher Press.
For custom or commissioned work, once the client (you) has signed off on the artwork, there will be no return or exchange offered for the cost of the order.
