A fun and relaxed way to get introduced to linocut carving and printing on our Vandercook presses. In this workshop you will design, carve and print your very own linocut greeting card set from a soft linoleum. All materials and supplies are included in the cost, and all you need to bring with you is an idea or reference image and your creative spirit! If you're not sure what to carve we will also have some fun and easy-to-carve image ideas on hand to get you started. Experience level: Beginner to intermediate Skills learned: 1-colour Linocut carving on soft linoleum, covering how to design for linocut, transfer your design to the block, carving, and printing an edition of identical cards using a Vandercook letterpress machine What you'll take home: set of 10 custom cards and envelopes (A2 size) Please hit the "BOOK NOW" button to see the calendar and choose your session. Cancellation Policy
In the event you cannot make the course, please contact us as soon as possible and we will issue you a refund and make your seat available. If it is within 48 hours of the course's first date, unfortunately your fee will be non-refundable. A minimum of 3 students for every course is required for the course to take place, if we don't reach this minimum you'll be issued a full refund.
