This class is suited to beginners or near-beginners. In this workshop, you'll learn how to design suitable imagery and carve a linoleum and wood. You'll improve your carving skills and printing skills, getting further experience printing both by hand and on an etching press. Over the course of three weeks, participants will carve and print 2 editions of prints, one black-ink-only print and one two-layer reduction print. Basic carving tools, and paper to proof and print on will be supplied. Participants are welcome/encouraged to bring their own tools and paper if they have them as well. We will need 4 participants to run the course (max # of participants). Sign up with a friend!

In the event you cannot make the course, please contact us as soon as possible and we will issue you a refund and make your seat available. If it is within 48 hours of the course's first date, unfortunately your fee will be non-refundable. A minimum of 3 students for every course is required for the course to take place, if we don't reach this minimum you'll be issued a full refund.
